FIP-LEAD is a FREE one-day, in-person workshop designed to provide organization leaders with the knowledge and skills to implement evidence-based practices and programs to prevent and address firearm-related injuries, deaths, and other harms. Those that complete the program will have knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead their teams and organizations in implementing firearm-related injury prevention efforts that are grounded in science, relevant for their professional and community context, culturally responsive, non-partisan, and respectful of the diverse opinions and lived experiences that surround firearm culture across the United States and in Colorado.
