Free Class for Mental Health! An energizing, challenging and powerful class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed! This is based on Baptiste Yoga’s ‘Journey Into Power’ sequence and suitable for all levels. These classes are heated up to 95 degrees. Taught by Julie Kiddoo .
More about Julie:
Julie lives in Eagle-Vail, (Avon) Colorado with her husband, Tom, and their two children, Charlie and Catie, and their Golden Retriever, Nala. Julie is the owner Revolution Power Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate studio in Avon. She is a 1200 hour certified Baptiste Yoga teacher and a LifeForce Yoga Level 1 practitioner. She is the author of Bye-Polar, an autobiography of her journey though her own mental health struggles and the healing she found along the way. Julie loves being on her yoga mat, spending time in nature, road trips with her family and having fun with friends and family.
After her first Baptiste Yoga class in 2007, Julie felt something different. She was touched, moved and inspired in a way that she had never been before. Through experiences on her mat, Julie learned that ultimately she was the only one who had the power to change her life. Julie’s intention for her students is to inspire and empower so that they expand the boundaries of what they think is possible for themselves on and off their mat.

Free Class for Mental Health! When the mountain closes, you may feel a shift of energy in our community and also on a personal level. This time of year, we generally move at a slower pace and therefore we may have more time to give to ourselves. This nourishing yoga class will incorporate simple meditation and breath work with gentle movement, and it is tailored to all levels. This class will offer a self-care opportunity to recover and restore from our busy ski season. Taught by Dana Knerl.
More about Dana:
For Dana, yoga has been a pathway to healing, harmony, and connection. In 2007, Dana decided to call Colorado her home, not only for the rock climbing, skiing, and hiking, but also for the great sense of community that exists here in the mountains. Dana became a Certified Holistic Nurse in 2013 and a Reiki Master in 2015, and today she has her own Reiki practice. Yoga has been a great love of hers for many years, and in 2016 she graduated from the 200-hour Teacher Training program at the Colorado School of Yoga. Through her practice, Dana has learned that yoga is an incredible way to foster the body-mind-spirit connection, and when this is in harmony, a state of health and wellness is created and maintained. Through her creative teaching, Dana inspires strength, balance and the promotion of holistic health for her students.
